Functional conference rooms

At Hotel Europa, we have two functional conference rooms with air-condition.

We also offer diverse audio-visual equipment, projector, flip-over and microphones without extra charge.

The premises are tasteful decorated with comfortable chairs and tables.

They are well designed for meetings up to 150 people in cinema layout and with school table arrangement can up to 60 trainees sit comfortable. Long tables allow seating up to 120 people.

Daytime meeting (08.00-16.00):

1) Day-time meeting with lunch plate, with minimum 10 participants

Morning coffee/tea with bread rolls, rye bread, danish/croissants, cold meats, cheese, honey, marmelade, and marmelade
Lunch – with minimum 10 participants: Lunch plate with warm and could courses.
Afternoon coffee/tea with homemade cake
Cold water and fresh fruit in the room all day
