We offer a delicious brunch buffet for that small meeting or cozy family gathering. Please note that when you book brunch with us, we do not reserve fixed seats. Your reservation is only for us to make sure there is room for you.

There is everything from:

• Various rolls, toast, French bread, rye bread, croissants and pastries
• Smoked salmon, various kinds of delicious cold cuts with accompaniments, cheese, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, soft-boiled eggs and miscellaneous.
• Unique cheese
• Fresh fruit, fruit salad, dried apricots and prunes, pancakes with maple syrup, honey, 3 types of jam and nutella
• Cornflakes, oatmeal, 2 types of muesli, 2 types of yogurt and skyr with red porridge and nuts
• Orange juice, apple juice, homemade juice, organic milk and small smoothies
• Cappuccino, Cafe Latte, espresso, filter coffee, hot chocolate, coffee and various teas from Carstensens Tea Shop

For parties

As a group in your own room from 10:00 to 15:00 the price is 350,- per person, children half price.

For parties: minimum 20 people.

For a larger number of guests, the end time can be extended.
