Functional conference rooms
At Hotel Europa we have two functional conference rooms with air conditioning. We also offer various audio-visual equipment, projector, flipchart and microphones in our hall.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and have comfortable chairs and tables. They are suitable for meetings of up to 150 people in a cinema setting. In a school table setting, up to 60 students can sit comfortably and at long tables up to 120 people.
Morning meeting without lunch (08.00-12.00):
- Breakfast in the meeting room (rolls and rye bread from Lagkagehuset, pastries/croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, honey and Nutella, 2 types of juice, dried fruit) as well as coffee and tea from Carstensens Tehandel.
- Ice water and fresh fruit in the room throughout the meeting

Day course (08.00-16.00):
1) Day meeting with lunch plate from at least 20 people
- Breakfast in the meeting room. For less than 10 people, the buffet is served in the breakfast restaurant. The buffet consists of rolls and rye bread from Lagkagehuset, pastries/croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, honey and nutella, 2 types of juice, dried fruit) as well as coffee and tea from Carstensens Tehandel.

2) Day meeting with sandwiches

- Breakfast in the meeting room (For less than 10 people, the buffet is served in the breakfast restaurant (rolls and rye bread from Lagkagehuset, pastries/croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, honey and Nutella, 2 types of juice, dried fruit) as well as coffee and tea from Carstensens Tea Shop.
